The Insurance has offered to pay me the market value of the car less a salvage value and leave me for the car. I would therefore like to sell the car as damaged. The car still drives fine. The car has around 180 000 km. The engine was completely redone at 150 000 km. The clutch was redone at 150 000 km. I replaced all the shock absorbers, strut mounts, the control arms, the sway bar links, the boot struts, engine mounts and gearbox mounts literally two weeks before the accident. 2006 SsangYong Rexton 2.7 XDi diesel, manual transmission, approximately 426,000 km. I am the second owner of the vehicle. The vehicle was running well before the most recent service. Since that service, it has developed an intermittent loss-of-power issue. I was informed that there may be water/contamination in the fuel system, which appears to be causing the loss of power and occasional difficulty restarting after the vehicle stops. I am not sure how the fuel system was handled during the last service. Apart from this issue, the vehicle is in good working condition and drives. The handbrake is not working; this was already the case when I purchased the vehicle. The interior and body are in good condition for its age. I am currently looking to upgrade my vehicle and, due to time constraints, I do not have the time to have the mechanical issue properly diagnosed and repaired myself. The vehicle is therefore being sold as-is to someone who can address the issue. The vehicle's licence/disc is up to date until August 2027. - parklands
