golf3 gti 95 model

a few rusts spots and light scratches,interior needs tlc,glove box replacement,seats tworn,.gear lever worn doesnt get reverse inside but get reverse from under the hood.bonnet lock is messed,driver window dont move.engin its self 100 but theres a fire problem it turns but doesnt start could be the distributor or coil.and battery is stollen.
