2002 Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 DID GLS SWB A/T Silver

Non runner (ECU/engine management issue). Enjin turns but no start with key. Starts from engine bay for a few minutes. Last trip Dec 2021 1400 kms from Pretoria to Mosselbay, fully loaded with trailer. Consumption: between 8 & 9 km's to the liter. 2 Days later engine just cut clean out while driving. Have since managed to ascertain that it is not a mechanical issue but electrical. Can't seem to find anyone able to assist with the software code to reset or to overide/delete ECU settings. Otherwise a replacement of the complete lock/key set with ECU would be required. (Estimated around R8500,00.
