This car was given to me by a friend before she immigrated to the UK. I have all the papers (last license 2013) and a police certified letter from her stating that I am the new title holder. I have not since registered it into my name and car has been standing for about a year and is now a space issue. The car does run and has a new clutch installed, but is not mobile as the clutch plate has not been installed correctly and so has disengaged.
