Lexus gs450h 2008

Interior and exterior still very good, the car onky has damage at the engine bay,i have a image...airbag was popped and just closed....other than that vehicle is in great condition and issue is i cant get it to start...it most likely just needs its hybrid battery charged as its low..engine gives out no faults..only faults that kick out on diagnostic is airbag and seatbelts, checked with multiple diagnostic machiines...cant get the exact issue
